    Being able to check on my generator from my phone is a game-changer. I get notifications if there’sa power outage or if the generator needs maintenance. It gives me real peace of mind, especially when I’m away from home.

    The Generac 14 W generator itself is a powerhouse. It handles our essential appliances without a hiccup, and the automatic transfer switch works flawlessly. My only gripe is with the smart home monitoring. While it’s convenient to see the status remotely, the app can be a bit glitchy, and l’ve had some connectivity issues. Overall, I’m happy with the generator’s performance, but the smart features need Some improvement.

Shipping Methods

Pallet Networks:

We have established pallet networks. These networks have extensive routes and partnerships with various carriers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery across the country.

Dedicated Carriers:

For larger orders or specific delivery requirements, dedicated carriers may be used. This can provide more control over the delivery process and potentially faster delivery times.

Delivery Options:

Kerbside Delivery:

This is the most common delivery method. The pallet will be delivered to the kerbside at the designated address. Customers are responsible for unloading the pallet themselves.

Tail Lift Delivery:

For an additional fee, we offer tail lift delivery. This involves a truck with a hydraulic lift to assist in unloading the pallet.

Inside Delivery:

For specific requirements or an additional fee, We offer inside delivery, where the pallet is delivered to a designated location within the customer's premises.
